Where to download steam big picture

Bittorrent and Skype IObit uninstaller. IOBit software sometimes has an issue with Steam, depending on what it is. Also, posting msconfig shots from Windows start after running that process and going to the startup tabs and services tabs may help. Don't' forget to check "hide all Microsoft services" in the services area, please. I see Google update service checked off and some other manager and updater processes.

I suggest you try disabling thost processes as you don't need them anyway while gaming. We are just using process of elimination here to try to find out where your issue is, as I am sure you can understand.

This is a highly needed feature. I thought for sure after overhauling the UI they would have added this feature by now. Please add a dialog box to select the install location while performing installs in BPM. You should do this for people that have more than one content library locations setup. This way there is no change for people that only have 1 location.
